En un clásico lleno de mucha intensidad, Municipal y Comunicaciones empatan 1-1 en el Estadio El Trébol.
La primera mitad del encuentro transcurrió con pocas opciones claras, destacando principalmente un potente remate por parte de Rudy Muñoz al minuto 15 y un mano a mano que el guardameta nacional Fredy Pérez logró contener a John Méndez al minuto 24 del tiempo regular. Comunicaciones, por su parte, generó pocas ocasiones de peligro y sus intentos fueron controlados por nuestro guardameta Alessandro Navarro.

No obstante, a minuto 79 y tras un error en la zaga permitió que el rival igualara el marcador con el gol de Erick Lemus, pese a ello Municipal mantuvo la iniciativa y la disposición ofensiva hasta el final.
Con este resultado, el conjunto escarlata se mantiene en la tercera posición del Torneo Apertura 2025 con 8 puntos y centra su atención en su compromiso internacional ante Real España en donde buscará quedarse con la victoria en condición de loca.
