CAMBIOS EN LA DIRECCIÓN TÉCNICA

El jueves 22 de mayo, el presidente del CSD Municipal, el señor Gerardo Villa, platicó con el estratega Sebastián Bini, quien se encuentra fuera de Guatemala, en relación con la decisión tomada por la Junta Directiva de no extender el contrato que lo ha ligado a la institución durante los últimos dos años.
A partir de esta acción, Junta Directiva buscará un nuevo entrenador para que se haga cargo del equipo mayor a partir de la temporada 2025-2026.
En este último periodo al frente del equipo, Sebastián Bini logró el título 32 como Campeón de Liga, en el torneo Clausura 2024 y el sub-campeonato en el Clausura 2025 recién finalizado. También obtuvo la Copa Independencia jugada en Los Ángeles, California en septiembre de 2024.
Para el recién finalizado certamen, el estratega argentino se convirtió en el técnico con más partidos dirigidos con Municipal, con un total de 162 juegos oficiales en torneos cortos.
La Junta Directiva le desea a Sebastián Bini que siga ampliando y fortaleciendo sus experiencias y éxitos como director técnico, dejando las puertas abiertas para una futura relación, tal y como sucedió en 2021, cuando dejó el banquillo rojo por primera vez.
